Smartphones offer tremendous possibilities as personal emergency warning indicators, and this new VIAMTEK module called SOS Smart Panics allows us to increase the individual protection our customers when they appear an event that must be used in the control center for through your smart phone anytime and anywhere. The Smart Panics application functions as a virtual emergency button that allows you to send:
-Emergency events, (SOS)
-Assistance (Vehicles)
-Medical

The launch of this product is based on native applications for the following platforms:
– iPhone iOS – Android – BlackBerry 10 – BlackBerry Os.
Once the first connection to the monitoring server has been made, after the client installation of the application, an automatic system will download a set of SETTINGS including a Wallpaper with logotype to customize the user’s appearance.
Once an event has been sent, a new button will replace the previous action to be sent to the operator at the central station. The events will be accompanied by position of the device by internal Smartphone methods which are the locations for the cellular network and the GPS. This could be as accurate as some of the courses. In VIAMTEK, event monitoring will be displayed with an active location on the map. The advanced video function allows reception of the image of the current event captured by the user’s smartphone cameras at the station monitoring center, once activated by the user. Maintenance functions and system tests will be included in the application settings menu, such as a TEST that will send a user manual test event to the tracking station.
